Historic company, among the first rectifiche engines in Sicily, was born in 1949 in the garage of Carmelo Ricca, returning from Libya, with the legendary Breda lathe.

Even working at night and signing bills of exchange, with humility and stubbornness, he bought the first Berco grinding machines

Driven by his great passion for mechanics, he created an engine grinding workshop with precision turning in the deep south of Italy.

In 1964, Carmelo entrusted everything to his son Giuseppe, the current administrator, who began to expand the company. There will be up to 16 grinding workers.

Thanks to his intuitions and his commercial skills, Giuseppe combines this activity with the sale of spare parts for agricultural and industrial engines, becoming a Regional Distribution Center for the SAME, PERKINS, DEUTZ, VM, LOMBARDINI brands.

We arrive today with the third generation.

Over the course of these long years, the company specialized in the regeneration of engines and in the field of mechanical maintenance, with the construction of gears and precision mechanical parts with a predilection for components of the agri-food and petrochemical industries.

We have become an INDUSTRIAL TAILORING:

from the broken piece, we create the design (reverse engineering) by carrying out dimensional surveys with certified measuring instruments and three-dimensional CNC measuring machines, taking advantage of the numerous archived technical standards and the knowledge acquired in 70 years of activity.


With CAD - CAM we are able to create PROTOTYPES, single pieces or small and medium series batches.
